Medical Receptionist Family practice in Santa Barbara is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team! Pay:$23/hr Required + FLUENT in Spanish is required. + Prefer front office reception experience. + Customer Service experience. Job Description + Coordinates patient care and flow + Answers phones + Greets patients upon arrival + Schedules appointments + Completes all appropriate consent forms, and provides patient education and referral materials + Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner. + Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures. + Completes tasks in case management system on a daily basis. Skills: Receptionist, customer service, bilingual, computer savvy Work Environment Working onsite at the clinic in a fast-paced environment, handling 20-40 patients daily depending on the site. Team collaboration is essential, and the primary demographic is Spanish-speaking patients. Job Type3 month contract to hire.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
