Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time (Adolescent Focus)

Sonoma County, CA

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress
• Help create a structured and supportive environment for adolescents
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical planning
• One weekend day required

Who You Are:

• A registered associate or licensed mental health professional (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Experience with teens, mental health, or residential care is a plus
• Open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a strong support system

This is an in-person role located in beautiful Sonoma County , a region known for its natural .

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000 per year
