BPI is currently seeking a Millwork Finisher to support operations in our Millwork facility. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the painting and finishing systems that ensure consistent, high-quality products for our customers.

You’ll work with technical specifications, optimize workflows, and help improve efficiency across the finishing department. This is an opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and motivated to improve processes in a production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Review work orders and specifications to plan daily finishing tasks.
• Set up, operate, and adjust finishing equipment (spray guns, booths, and related systems) for consistent, high-quality results.
• Inspect finished products against quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and calibrate finishing equipment, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Track inventory and workflow digitally using scanners and shop systems.
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes.
• Cross-train within the pre-finish department, adding technical depth to your skillset.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with equipment, tools, or production systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience in millwork, finishing, or coatings preferred.
• Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform active, hands-on work.
• Dependable, organized, and motivated to improve systems.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing is required.
