Night Auditor (Part Time, Hotel Experience - Marriott)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering excellent service, and handling administrative duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions and balance financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests at all times.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience, particularly with Marriott properties, is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform financial audits.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle night shift duties responsibly.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position with overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
