Role Summary:

We are proposing a skilled offshore team of Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultants to provide L2/L3 production support for a US-based client operating in a global enterprise environment. The team will ensure ongoing stability, data accuracy, and issue resolution across key Oracle Cloud modules.

These consultants will serve as critical support resources for day-to-day issue triaging , enhancement analysis , and period close assistance , along with release validation and coordination during Oracle quarterly patches/maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud across the following modules:
  • Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchasing)
  • Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, Intercompany)
  • PPM (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Grants)
  • EPM (Planning, Forecasting, Reporting)
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents , service requests, and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Conduct ticket triage calls , log SRs with Oracle, and follow through to resolution.
• Support quarterly patches , regression testing , and post-release validation.
• Handle data fixes , configurations, and light technical debugging (logs, errors, integrations).
• Assist business users in UAT testing , query-based data validations, and process clarifications.
• Identify process gaps or enhancement opportunities and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation , SOPs, and knowledgebase articles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in techno-functional support.
• Strong domain and configuration knowledge in at least 2 3 of the modules listed.
• Good technical skills:
  • Ability to review log files, debug issues , perform light SQL queries , analyze error messages , and engage with Oracle support (SRs).
  • Working knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/HDL templates , and approval workflows is a plus.
• Experience in Oracle quarterly updates, patch analysis, testing, and validation.
• Hands-on support during month-end/year-end close cycles.
• Familiarity with Oracle support processes , SR life cycle, and coordination with Oracle DevOps.

Soft Skills & Availability:

• Excellent English communication (verbal/written/teleconference).
• Able to facilitate client calls, translate technical issues into business terms.
• Work overlapping US EST hours (at least 4 5 hours/day minimum).
• Weekend availability for scheduled patch validations, month-end support, and emergencies.

Optional Value-Add Experience:

• Experience supporting integrations with external systems (Banking, Payroll, 3rd Party Tools).
• Knowledge of Oracle VBCS, OIC, or APEX tools (for small extensions).
