You'll be instrumental in managing sensitive and intricate family law cases for clients whose financial profiles include RSUs, bonuses, and compensation structures typical of Silicon Valley professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and court-ready documents
• Maintain strict control over deadlines and court filings, especially with the Santa Clara Superior Court
• Provide thorough trial support to attorneys
• Communicate professionally with clients, navigating sensitive family matters

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

• Significant experience in California Family Law (minimum 4 years)
• At least one full year of experience with Santa Clara Superior Court procedures
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Trial preparation or in-court support experience (preferred)
