Job Title: Fulfillment Technician

Summary:

The Fulfillment Technician is responsible for storing, picking, and shipping finished goods in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Follow cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper storage, FEFO, counting, and adjustments.
• Perform routine inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, quality, and facilities.

Fulfillment

• Label, package, and ship finished products.
• Reconcile inventory records and assist with order accuracy.
• Analyze fulfillment errors and support process improvements.

Compliance & Safety

• Assist in SOP documentation and equipment logs.
• Stay current on training and help train others.
• Follow and promote safety procedures; report hazards.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 210 & 211 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Background check required.
