Express is supporting an industry-leader in their search for a Printing Press Operator located in Eden Prairie. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing that meets our clients' specifications. What's an average day as a Printing Press Operator?

• Operating a Komori press machine
• Monitor press operations to ensure consistent quality and timely production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Adjust ink levels, color settings, and other parameters to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What do we look for in a Printing Press Operator?

• At least 5 years of previous Komori press operating experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Work Schedule:

• 2nd shift 6:00 pm to 6:00 am - rotating schedule
