We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our rapid growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our trellis supply warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, as well as delivering products to our clients in a timely manner. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming trellis supplies in an organized manner 
  • Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored in their designated locations 
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels 
  • Prepare products for delivery by assembling orders, checking specifications, and properly packaging products 
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner 
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation 
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks 
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation 
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures 

Education and/or Experience:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Agricultural Business, or a related discipline, providing the requisite knowledge and skills for the position's requirements, coupled with at least 3 years year of demonstrated success in a managerial or supervisory role in retail. Alternatively, candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and at least five years of experience in a relevant retail environment are also encouraged to apply.

 

Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong presentation skills for both individual and group settings, targeting customers, clients, and colleagues, backed by exceptional verbal, written, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in mathematics, computer literacy, and experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise/store management software are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by the company's standards, along with appropriate personal car insurance, is required.
