**Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate for our 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate tot stamping and wrapping machines to produce products efficiently. + Achieve the required number of stamps per hour after a two-week training period. + Maintain a fast-paced working rhythm. + Utilize strong hand-eye coordination for effective machine operation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Mechanical assembly skills. + Ability to work on an assembly line. + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Closed-toe shoes are required. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering comprehensive benefits starting just 30 days after your start date. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 3:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
