We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)to join the firm in our Burnsville, MN, office to work with multi-disciplinary teams on State, Local Government, and private projects, primarily in the transportation arena.
Responsibilities may include:
Supervise and review work on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys; Boundary and Topographic Surveys; Subdivision Plats; Right-of-Way Plats, Property Descriptions; As-built Surveys, and a variety of other types of surveys.
Prepare survey drawings and descriptions utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and other related software packages.
Management and coordination of numerous internal and external survey projects, simultaneously, and interaction with clients on a regular basis.
Providing direct supervision, scheduling staff, and performing quality control.
Communicates and coordinates schedules with clients and project team.
Monitors teams work and progress.
Prepare and assist in preparing proposals and budgets for projects.
Assist in business and client development.

Bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field, as well as LSIT certification with ability to obtain a Minnesota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license within 12 months
