What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead high-profile land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
* Utilize the latest technology and tools, such as total stations, GPS , and advanced survey software to perform field surveys
* Analyze, prepare, and review survey data ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and planners to ensure seamless project execution
* Prepare survey plats, maps, and reports for clients and governmental agencies
* Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and provide guidance to field staff
What We're Looking For:
* Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 5+ years of experience
* Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic surveys , and ALTA/NSPS surveys
* Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.)
* Strong understanding of local, state, and federal survey regulations
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
