Overview

The Project Manager reports to the Head of Technology, Affinity North America and will assume responsibility for leading a major transformation project centered on Salesforce within Affinity. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in IT project management who can seamlessly coordinate both IT and Business teams to drive successful implementation and adoption.

This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about driving digital transformation, optimizing business processes, and unlocking the full potential of Salesforce across an organization.

How you'll make an impact

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Partner with program leadership to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with Affinity’s strategic objectives and technology roadmap.
  • Define and maintain a clear vision and roadmap in collaboration with executive sponsors.
  • Translate business goals into actionable project tasks and deliverables with clear milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, Salesforce consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure alignment between business process owners and technical teams to drive solution integrity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committee updates, executive dashboards, and risk logs.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Change Management & Training

  • Partner with change management teams to develop communication plans, training programs, and adoption strategies.
  • Support the development of Salesforce champions across departments to foster peer-led adoption.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and user empowerment through Salesforce capabilities.

Delivery Excellence

  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Continuously assess delivery risks and proactively adjust plans to maintain momentum and stakeholder confidence.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards (e.g., ISO27001, SOX, SOC2).
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) or Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis on Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Experience with CRM or AMS platforms such as Salesforce, Vertafore, or Applied Epic.
  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 1 years leading enterprise Agency Management System, Salesforce or CRM initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, Iterative).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP, data warehouses, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce modules (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SOC2, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience with the Microsoft application suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
