Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Data Analyst to join our team for an ongoing project focused on database access matrix management, role entitlement, and access management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be open to taking on requirements gathering tasks. This position involves iterative work to enhance the database over time and manage new processes that arise from data onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Oversee the access matrix database, ensuring roles and access management programs are accurately maintained.
- Role Definition: Define roles using 3-5 different lists of datasets, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Data Migration: Assist in migrating the database to a new system, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition.
- Iterative Enhancement: Continuously improve the database and processes through iterative work and feedback.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for database enhancements and new processes.
- Process Management: Develop and manage new processes associated with data onboarding and role entitlement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis with a focus on technical or data-related projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, data migration, and role definition.
- Soft Skills: Energetic, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Coral Gables, FL or Juno Beach, FL, 5 days a week.
