Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Electrical Automation.
2. Over 5 years of experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Background in power adapters, chargers, or consumer electronics is preferred.
3. Proficient in quality management tools (such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and problem-solving methods (8D, 6Sigma).
4. Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 system operation and safety audit procedures.
5. Excellent English skills (able to handle English reports, customer communication, and international standard documents).
6. Experience in quality management in Vietnam or Southeast Asia factories.
7. Familiar with the quality management system requirements of major clients such as BOSCH, TTI, and OPPO. 1. Quality Management System Construction and Maintenance: Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the factory's quality management system (ISO 9001/ISO14001/IATF 16949) to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements; Leading internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits (such as customer factory audits and third-party certification body audits);

1. Product Quality Control and Improvement: Leading the analysis and resolution of major quality issues (such as batch defects and customer returns), using tools such as 8D and 5Whys to promote root cause analysis and closed-loop improvement;
2. Supplier and Customer Quality Management: Assisting in managing the quality performance of component suppliers sourced locally in Vietnam, leading supplier audits, evaluations, and quality improvement plans;
3. Team Management and Capacity Building: Leading the quality department (QE, QC, and testing teams) of the Vietnam factory, setting KPIs and optimizing team performance; 5. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production departments to participate in the quality planning and pilot production review and release of New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure product manufacturability and reliability.
