As a Backend Developer, you’ll help shape our Ad Exchange by building features that directly impact performance and drive revenue. From fine-tuning real-time bidding to scaling systems that handle massive traffic, your work will be at the core of our platform. You’ll join a sharp, supportive team where learning and improving never stop.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Dive deep into the fast-paced world of Ad Tech.
• Design and implement features that directly generate revenue.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and data analysts.
• Work in an Agile environment with frequent iterations and releases.
• Write backend services in Scala — no Scala experience? No worries! If you’re eager to learn and ready to dive in, we’ll support your transition.
• Continuously improve and refactor the existing codebase to keep things clean, scalable, and robust.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages like Java, C#, Go, or Scala.
• Strong communication skills — you can clearly explain your thinking and understand what others need from your work.
• Solid background with various storage systems: relational, in-memory, and NoSQL — and a good grasp of when to use what.
• Familiarity with Git, testing practices, and system monitoring tools.
• A “build it to last” mindset — you write code meant to survive updates, scale, and serve users long-term.
• Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams across time zones.
