Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM till 12:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling with some weeks requiring additional hours during busy periods

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Support Specialist, you’ll be the vital link in delivering life-saving medical imaging technology to hospitals across the country. You’ll work with established processes and cutting-edge online systems to ensure healthcare facilities receive the critical software solutions they need to serve patients. Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders through Dell’s advanced online portal system for medical imaging solutions
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Dell’s integration facility to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Create professional shipping documentation and labels for healthcare facility deliveries
  • Monitor and track order progress using sophisticated tracking systems
  • Participate in strategic bi-weekly conference calls with Dell representatives
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets and databases tracking critical order information
  • Complete essential compliance forms and monitor ongoing fulfillment processes
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and Dell regarding order status

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with professional clarity
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple online platforms
  • College degree preferred, demonstrating structured thinking and reliability
  • Flexibility to work Pacific Time zone hours
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Previous experience in order processing or supply chain coordination highly valued
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent orders with precision and efficiency
