**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Rental Technician to join our team at the ski resort. The Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with fitting and adjusting ski equipment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all rental equipment is properly maintained.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in ski equipment rental or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different types of ski equipment and accessories.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in selecting, fitting, and adjusting ski equipment based on their needs.
