Our client is seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized Nanny to join their household team in caring for one child, a one-year-old boy. The family maintains residences in Delray Beach, The Hamptons, and the Midwest , and travels frequently between these locations. The ideal candidate will be based in the Delray Beach area , have strong experience with toddlers, and demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
This is a live-in role when traveling with the family and live-out when based locally in Delray Beach. The nanny will travel extensively with the family- approximately 5–6 months per year- with all travel expenses covered.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care to one child
Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
Maintain a structured and stimulating daily routine
Handle meal preparation and feeding for the children
Assist with nap schedules and bedtime routines
Pack, organize, and manage children’s belongings when traveling
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Frequent travel with the family
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience caring for toddlers in a private home
Must be local to the Delray Beach area.
Comfortable with frequent travel and extended stays away from home
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent references from previous families
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule: 2 weeks on/1 week off
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
