🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

• Manage and maintain CRM systems with a focus on data accuracy
• Analyze data and create reports to inform strategic decisions
• Support the implementation of sales programs and initiatives
• Assist with pipeline management and sales forecasting

Logistics Management

• Oversee the full logistics lifecycle—from order placement to delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product flow
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to optimize shipping costs
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in operations and logistics
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Proficiency with logistics software and technology platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
