Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial systems and project management, ideally focusing on implementations and process improvement
• Strong understanding of financial procedures, accounting principles, and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Experience in developing and overseeing cross-functional or multi-team work plans

• Act as Level 1 administrator for ERP system, managing account structures, ledger openings/closings, and granting access rights
• Engage with operations and IT management to gather business requirements for new process designs and implement custom workflows in NetSuite ERP
• Ensure optimal use of ERP system functionalities and recommend enhancements for better utilization
• Perform testing on new modifications to interfaces between ERP and external systems to ensure control and functionality
• Create comprehensive process documentation and workflows to clarify system interfaces and data flows
• Provide proactive recommendations to enhance internal controls, boost audit efficiencies, and optimize processes across systems
• Educate employees on system functionalities and processes related to internal control compliance and assist IT in controlling risk
• Support financial systems integrations and accounting improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget
• Identify bottlenecks in accounting processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic solutions for efficiency improvements
• Monitor key milestones and performance indicators, holding regular update meetings with stakeholders to address issues as they arise
• Identify and resolve integration and process challenges, formulating strategies to ensure project success
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and systems
