The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing technical candidates for AI-related engineering roles.
Job Responsibilities - Work closely with the hiring teams to understand the hiring requirements.
- Identify and engage passive talents to build a recruiting funnel for AI-related engineering roles.
- Screen resumes and engage with candidates for relevant openings to assist them through the recruitment process.
- Being innovative for sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the recruiting process and recommend improvements.
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Regularly track and analyze candidate pipelines to share with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate interview activities when necessary.
Minimum Skill Requirements - MA/MS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally for software related engineering or AI related roles.
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring candidates in a high growth environment.
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a huge plus.
Preferred Skill Requirements - Excellent knowledge of the self-driving industry.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred.
- Self-motivated and strong self-learning capacity.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,920 - 172,480, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
