Service Manager – HVAC | Bold City Heating and Air

We are looking for a Service Manager to lead our service department, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team of HVAC technicians.

• Manage and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Coach technicians on sales techniques to increase ticket averages, closing rates, and maintenance plan sales.
• Work with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to improve call booking quality and sales opportunities.
• Partner with Comfort Advisors to boost system replacement sales and maximize closing percentages.
• Monitor the dispatch board to optimize routing and match the right technician to the right job.
• Track KPIs, analyze sales and service performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead weekly service meetings and training sessions to reinforce performance standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing HVAC Service Technicians in a residential or home services environment.
• ServiceTitan experience is required (dispatching, reporting, job costing, sales tracking, etc.).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate technicians.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales performance and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High-energy, results-driven mindset.

Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday – Friday (some weekends required).
