Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Full Time)

Parman Tractor & Equipment (PTE) is looking to add a motivated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to our Parts Department! The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the receiving, stocking, pulling, labeling, and loading of parts accurately within a timely manner for stock and distribution. This position is an integral and vital part of the Parts Department in ensuring the front counter receives parts accurately and timely. 

Responsibilities: 

• Store, pull, and prepare to ship returnable items to the return center under the Parts Manager's direction
• Correct errors and exceptions to maintain stock control and minimize line-item discrepancies
• Review and verify quantities received against invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents
• Unload, unpack, visually inspect, count, segregate, palletizes, stores, and receives incoming supplies and equipment. Document any shortages and or damages of shipments to the Parts Manager
• Maintains stock locator system and administrators documents control procedures
• Packs, crates, stencils, weighs and bands equipment and supplies. Constructs cardboard and wooden containers, bins, shelving, and other storage aids
• Operates material handling equipment
• Ensure the maintenance of warehouse cleanliness to include trash removal, damaged pallets removal, cardboard boxes and packing material removal
• Assist on incoming calls and process UPS and Fed Ex daily shipments. 

Requirements: 

• Warehouse experience not required, but preferred
• Experience in a heavy equipment environment is a plus
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
• Dependable and prepared to work on a daily basis
• Must be self-motivated and exhibit professional conduct daily
