Job Description

Our client, a global toy and entertainment company is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their Global Procurement Logistics team. In this role, you’ll support the procurement of ocean freight services to help ensure smooth and cost-effective operations across our supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with logistics teams, finance, suppliers, and procurement colleagues to analyze costs, support sourcing projects, manage contracts, and help streamline internal processes.

Must be able to work HYBRID onsite in Los Angeles 4 days a week.

Pay: $30-49/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Track and report ocean freight performance and total cost by shipping lane
• Analyze spend data and help manage logistics sourcing projects
• Maintain dashboards and key procurement metrics
• Support contract management and audit processes
• Work with logistics teams at origin and destination points
• Collaborate with finance on forecasting and reporting
• Liaise with procurement and accounts payable teams for process improvements
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or supply chain)
• At least 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
• Familiarity with business systems (experience with Oracle or Coupa is a plus)
• Understanding of supply chain processes and procurement principles
• Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
