Position Details

• Role: Special Education Teacher
• Location: Ashburn, VA
• Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Regular School Hours
• Caseload: K–12 (Multiple openings available—customized to your experience and strengths)

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting students with a range of learning styles, behavioral needs, and IEP goals
• Strong collaboration with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Confident in writing and implementing IEPs, and using data to track progress
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning environments

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid Virginia Special Education Teaching License or eligibility to obtain
