Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Reviewer on a New York project that has a minimum of (1) year of prior experience in the construction and/or utility industry. This will be an administrative position. Responsibilities:

• Review and enter contractor field observation forms into the electronic database.
• Review documents for technical conformity and enter them into the electronic database.
• Review “as-constructed” sketches for technical conformity and follow the mapping process.
• Create job requests on behalf of their user group.
• Organize and file completed project folders.
• Review bills and the quality of packages before routing for approval.
• Support scheduling of work.
• Prepare and fulfill records retention requirements on behalf of their user group.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications: • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).
