Telecom Civil Workers

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telecom Civil Workers to join our team at Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. in Waverly, NE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment or a strong background in earth moving and construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform line / utility installations
• Grounding as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager
• Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
• Heavy Equipment operation

Requirements

• Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensations

• Starting Base Pay: $19-$25 Depending on experience.
• $2000 Sign on Bonus! Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment.
• Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
• Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $130/day.
• Generous end of the year bonuses.
• Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks.
• Christmas and New Years OFF!
