Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction sites. This position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs that adhere to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees. The Safety Manager will collaborate with various departments to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

• Job Location is in Clarksville, TN.
• Must be fluent in English and Korean as well.
• 5+ years experience in safety management roles.
• Minimum OSHA 510 credential, CHST or 4 year degree preferred.
• Duration: 1 year.
• Pay is $45-$55 per hour, OT available, per diem is $150 per day.

Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and education to employees on occupational health, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling reports that outline findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety practices into construction management processes.
• Monitor workers' compensation claims and assist in managing return-to-work programs.
• Stay updated on changes in EHS regulations, NEC codes, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead risk management initiatives by assessing potential hazards associated with construction activities.
