JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is searching for a CDL Truck Driver with hauling experience working in the Powder River Basin area on our Carbon Creek Energy project between Sheridan Wyoming and Gillette Wyoming. This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate, Dump Truck, Side Dump and Low boy
• Must be able to load Dozers, Track Hoes and backhoes on and off lowboys.
• Must be able to run equipment to load dump truck, side dumps and belly dumps.
• Perform general maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Ability to inspect trucks and trailers and let supervisor know of maintenance issues that need fixed.
• Must be willing to help construction and water crews when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Load equipment and secure loads.
• Experience operating a trackhoe, backhoe and skid steer
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Good written and communication Skills
• High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• Driving Requirements - Driving ability consistent with maintaining a clear driving
• Judgment and Decision Making - Be able to judge distances and weights accurately.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
