We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our D2C facility in Fort Worth, TX to lead a dedicated team and help ensure that every product leaves our facility meeting the highest standards of quality and service. Available Shifts: Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM **What You'll Do** + Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety. + Oversee daily warehouse operations-including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods. + Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records. + Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress. + Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. **Additional Responsibilities** + Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery. + Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels. + Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. **What We're Looking For** + Minimum 3-5 **years of leadership experience** in a warehouse or logistics environment. + Experience with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** . + Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. + Ability to thrive in diverse environments - from **cold storage (-20°F / -25°C)** to **dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C)** - while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear. + Physically capable of lifting **up to 40 lbs** (or more depending on facility needs). + Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed. + Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels. + Bilingual Preferred **Why Join Us** + Opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a growing organization. + Collaborative and supportive work culture focused on safety, quality, and development. + Competitive pay and benefits package. + Continuous opportunities for career advancement and skill growth.
