Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
Resolve client issues with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.
Maintain and update internal databases with accurate account information.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos across multiple client teams.
Prepare detailed reports analyzing marketing campaign performance.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including presentations and video content.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, client protocols, and performance targets.
Proven experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with marketing processes, tools, or campaign workflows is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks for different teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fully remote role.
