Position Overview
The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst provides technical leadership and analytical expertise in support of the DOI Interior Business Center's Human Resources Directorate (HRD).
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform complex HR, payroll, and personnel data into actionable insights to support decision-making, performance optimization, and modernization of IBC's administrative systems.
The BI Analyst collaborates closely with functional analysts, developers, database administrators, and government stakeholders to deliver high-value analytics, reporting, and visualization services across HRD applications such as FPPS , Quicktime , WebTA , and related systems.
