Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – approximately 12:00–2:00 PM (depending on workload)
We are seeking a coachable, motivated machinist to join our team. This role is CNC-focused , but we are very open to candidates who have a strong machining background and limited CNC experience. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we’re willing to teach.
Operate CNC machines (training provided as needed)
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and bore gauges
Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with team members and take direction from leads/supervisors
Machining experience (manual or CNC)
Ability to accurately use calipers and bore gauges
Basic understanding of shop math and measurements
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
CNC machining experience (not required)
Experience with production or job-shop environments
Familiarity with tolerances and part inspection
A willingness to learn
A positive, coachable attitude
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term skillset
