Are you ready to help us make the future? RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support: shipping, receiving and inventory departments in the following areas:
• Prepare necessary documentation, including international shipping documentation
• Billing of daily orders shipped
• Contact carrier representative to schedule and issue shipping instructions
• Work closely with transportation department and customer service department regarding shipping concerns
• Creates Inbound Shipments in Warehouse Management System (WMS), using information supplied by SBUs
• Verify accuracy of inbound shipments
• Set up carrier appointments for inbound shipments, acts as first line of communication for inbound carriers upon arrival.
• Process inbound receipts
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Monitor and report inventory variances and perform research on discrepancies
• Perform mandatory allotment of cycle counts daily.
• Work on special projects as assigned by Distribution Center management team

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

WE VALUE:

• Some Logistics, Transportation, Trade Compliance or Supply Chain equivalent experience.
• Experience operating counterbalance and/or pallet jack.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with both internal and external suppliers and customers.
• Finds the ideal balance between making decisions independently and seeking approval when appropriate.
• Proactively and clearly communicates important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need.
• Holds self and others fully accountable for achieving objectives even when requirements change or are difficult to perform.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
