HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

💼 Full-Time | Facility/Plant Environment

$51-$53/Hr.

Join a dedicated maintenance team and help keep critical operations running smoothly. We’re hiring a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technician for third shift at a facility in Marysville, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVACR systems
• Start and test systems; read gauges, adjust mechanisms, and ensure proper function
• Troubleshoot and replace defective components including motors, compressors, gauges, and valves
• Install, connect, and weld piping systems and electrical wiring for HVACR units
• Lubricate fans, motors, and control units as needed
• Complete work orders and PMs using CMMS per client requirements
• Prepare equipment and safety reports as requested by leadership
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and standard procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R maintenance experience in a facility or plant setting
• Valid driver's license
• Universal EPA/Refrigerant License (required)
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical skills
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, regulations, and documentation
• Experience with HVACR systems, air compressors, pumps, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
