Long Beach Consulting Group is seeking a candidate with a passion in marketing to join our team as an in-person, entry-level Marketing Manager. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about growing their careers in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for learning how to provide product and service information to customers and resolving any questions or issues.

Our training process is really where we shine – we prioritize a one-to-one approach with all our entry-level positions so each individual can feel supported while they are learning a new skill. All training is conducted at the pace of the trainee; rather than rushing through information, we want you to truly understand our client’s offerings in order to fully support customers through their search and inquiries.

Responsibilities as our Junior Marketing Manager: 

• Manage customer interactions and optimize on sales and marketing skills in order to match customers with products and services that best support their needs
• Provide in depth information about offers and services, while staying current on relevant sales offered
• Handle customer acquisitions by qualifying potential customer clientele
• Document and update market information based on in-person interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving product line
