**Job Title: Painter - Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Painter - Foreman to perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. The role involves working on both new construction and existing buildings, primarily focusing on interior walls with some exterior painting tasks. Projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. The work involves using brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. + Specialize in both new construction and existing building projects. + Focus on interior wall painting with some exterior tasks. + Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings. + Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects. + Perform prep work and clean up job sites. + Meet project deadlines efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of painting experience with a sprayer + 1+ year of commercial or residential painting experience. + Experience with prep work and clean-up for job sites. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with multi-family buildings. + Experience with office buildings. + Foreman experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading painting contractor with a strong presence in Milwaukee. The dress code is jeans and t-shirts or painter whites. Core hours are during the day shift from 6am - 230pm (this may vary depending on the job). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
