About the job
You are our brand advocate. In this role and together with the Flagship team, you will:
- Build a loyal portfolio of customers by establishing strong relationships with existing customer and actively recruiting new customers to the Swarovski loyalty programs
- Actively encourage customers to play and experiment with their style. Supporting with creative flair and styling advice, tailored to the customer personality
- Be an advocate and role model in personal styling and Swarovski Created Diamonds, demonstrating with active passion and enthusiasm
- Observe interactions with customers and coach team to deliver an exceptional luxury styling experience in our Flagship location
- Be a driving force behind new and ongoing service, sales and styling opportunities focused on Swarovski Created Diamonds — directly impacting our growth and success
- Pay range $26.00 -$28.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.
About you
You are an amazing Personal Stylist Leader and bring along the following:
- An excellent sense of fashion and a real passion for our brand and our products
- Experience in leadership and coaching in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands.
- Highly motivated and with a strong customer service orientation
- Previous styling and diamond experience
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship
