Overview:
Due to growth, a dynamic physical therapy clinic is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Lincoln, CA. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 16 hours over 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered. This position includes an ownership path for interested candidates.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 20 patients per 10 hour day.
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Clinicians with an interest in clinic ownership are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is very competitive with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
The clinic offers a full benefits package including Health Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, 401k, and Continuing Education.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:
Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
