SEEKING COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Paint Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.
I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Commercial Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial Paint Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
* Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
* Provide leadership to project teams
* Be a hands-on and reliable leader
Position Qualifications:
* 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a Union Paint Subcontractor
* Ability to understand and present products and services
* Planswift or similar software proficiency
* Specific experience in commercial painting required
* Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
