Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Support users via email, chat, or ticketing systems, no phones in most cases!
Help with platform usage, account access, and content-related questions
Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads)
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex issues
Stay updated on platform changes and internal policies
Collaborate with other agents and team leads to ensure quality and consistency
Full training provided
Relocation support (if coming from abroad)
